How do I know everything that I know ?

I have seen people time and time again get taken advantage of because they don't have enough knowledge to say "no I need this not that". An issue is resolved one day only to have it come back the next or the virus that just can't be found or removed.

I have been a sponge of knowledge to and invested my life in many types of technologies, past, present and future. I use that knowledge to help others who may or may not have the knowledge to troubleshoot technical issues on their own. 

Please know that sometimes systems & files just can't be recovered so a backup, either on an external Hard Drive or in the cloud, is ALWAYS recommended for critical files.
