Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) has been available for some time but with Windows 10 it is easier to "share" your internet connection with systems connected to a wired network and an available wireless adapter. Just as we "Hotspot" using our phones, "Mobile Hotspot" uses the Wireless Client Connection as an Access Point; this allows users to connect over wireless to a system and access the internet via the system's wired network connection.
